because the smallest details matter.
There’s no right or wrong way to go through pregnancy and birth... but learning to trust your intuition is often the best place to start!
Pregnancy brings hundreds of questions.
Who should be on my birth team?
How do I prepare for labor?
What should I pack?
When should I hire a doula?
What happens after baby arrives?
I've gathered resources to help you feel informed, prepared, and supported through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood.

2nd trimester
Those first hours with your baby are unlike anything else—raw, fleeting, sacred. The tiny hospital bassinet, the way they yawn with eyes still adjusting to the light, the first time siblings or grandparents meet them.
Fresh 48 sessions are all about preserving those unrepeatable firsts.
* Includes on call time + travel to all Nashville area hospitals
- 20-32 weeks
3rd trimester
32-40 weeks
No need to pack up your brand new baby (or their siblings!)... I'll bring everything to you! Sessions are relaxed and fun, and I let your little ones and baby take the lead. We stop for play breaks & to feed the baby... we dance and play... and all the while I document all the details of your life with your brand new little one. Sessions include lifestyle family & newborn images.
*Newborn sessions fill up quickly, I recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance.
