As a certified doula, birth photographer, and filmmaker, I bring both support and storytelling into each season. It’s the kind of first hand experience that comes from knowing when to offer reassurance, when to step in, and when to quietly preserve the moments you may not even realize are happening.
With over 20 years of walking through motherhood myself and a background in supporting families through birth and postpartum, I understand that these seasons are both intensely beautiful and sometimes overwhelming.
